Hawkers delivers residential and commercial construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects. We manage the complete process, bringing together the right professional advisers, specialist contractors, suppliers and tradespeople to deliver each project properly.

Our work ranges from substantial renovations and property improvements through to extensions, conversions, commercial fit-outs and complete building projects. We can act as the principal contractor, taking responsibility for planning the works, managing subcontractors, procuring materials, controlling budgets and coordinating delivery on site.

We take a practical and commercially focused approach. Construction projects can quickly become complicated, particularly when responsibility is divided between multiple contractors and advisers. Our role is to provide clear ownership, sensible decision-making and effective oversight from the initial scope through to completion.
